HUNTING OF THE SNARK Click Magnifier to View Larger Image

Directed by Michael Fields

Adapted from Lewis Carroll’s The Hunting of the Snark

In “The Hunting of the Snark”, eight odd but endearing characters are in pursuit of a mysterious and possibly dangerous creature that none of them have ever seen. Adapted from the delightfully nonsensical poem by Lewis Carroll (author of Alice in Wonderland), this new family musical invites audiences into the unchar Click Magnifier to View Larger Image ted territory of Jub Jub Birds, Bandersnatches and Boojums, where the only certainty for this improbable crew is that they have each other.

This dynamic family-theatre adaptation combines physical comedy, original live music, eccentric dance and playful verse with a classic tale of journeying into the unknown. Join the Bellman, Bonnet-Maker, Barrister, Billiard-Marker, Baker, Banker, Beaver, Butcher, and Boots as they discover a new land, forge new friendships, overcome their fears, and put their collective courage to the test.

Adapted by Toby Mulford and directed by Dell’Arte’s Producing Artistic Director Michael Fields this piece features the collective talent of eight world-class actors.
