• Please arrive early to ensure you have a seat. 
• Reservations must be picked up at least 15 minutes before show time or they may be forfeited.
• Late seating is at the discretion of the House Manager.
• Payment is required at time of reservation.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks. 
• Refunds and exchanges must be made before the show or during regular business hours. No exceptions.
• Reservations for weekend shows must be made before 5 PM on the Friday before the show. We do not take reservations for Pay What You Can nights.
• Please – NO photography, video, or recording of any kind without prior arrangements with Dell’Arte.
• Please turn off your cell phones, pagers, etc.
• If you would like to usher in exchange for a ticket, please contact the Production Manager, 707-668-5663 ext. 15, to arrange.
