MFA TUITION 2009-2010
$51,750 for the three-year program. Payable in advance, or in annual installments. Tuition paid by student loans is due at the time loans are disbursed, which occurs twice each year at the beginning and mid point of the program.*

FINANCIAL AID INFORMATION
Applicants who are United States citizens may qualify for Federal Pell Grants and Federal Family Education Loans. To apply for Federal Student Aid complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid.

Applicants are advised to start the Federal Aid process promptly in order to know what level of aid will be available to them. The maximum Federal aid for which an independent student can be eligible are loans totaling $20,500. Living expenses can be estimated as $700-$1000 a month.

Scholarship Information:

The Early Enrollment Discount provides that students accepted into the MFA who have a completed application portfolio on file in the Admissions Office by February 15 receive an automatic $200 tuition discount; students with completed application portfolios on file by March 1 receive a $100 tuition discount.

In some cases Dell’Arte may provide additional scholarships in the form of tuition reductions. These awards are made at the discretion of the Director of Recruiting based on financial need, the school’s determination that the applicant will be an asset to the program, and availability of funds. Recipients are expected to contribute some time to work projects while attending the school.
